Once upon a time, CBS had the worst possible interface for watching tv shows on their website, but this year they improved the site substantially and you can now watch all of your favorite CBS tv series in HD if you want to. Usually episodes are uploaded the day after they air on television. It is too bad they haven't gotten on board Hulu however, as I think Hulu is probably one of the best things going when it comes to watching tv online.

If you're interested in what the other networks have to offer, check out my other hubpages:

The Mentalist - My CBS Top Pick!

The Mentalist, starring Simon Baker and Robin Tunney, airs on CBS right after NCIS. It debuted on September 23rd, 2008. It is CBS biggest hit for that season and the show is lots of fun, so I highly recommend you check it out if you aren't watching it yet.

See my hub on The Mentalist for more about this hot new show.

CBS TV Shows Online

Most of CBS' popular shows are streaming online in HD. Just visit the CBS.com video page to watch CSI, CSI Miami, NCIS, How I Met Your Mother, Survivor and Numb3rs and lots of other CBS Shows. Plus there are the new favorites, The Mentalist, Eleventh Hour and The Ex List.

That's not all though. CBS is also streaming some remastered episodes of the original Star Trek series in the entirety.

All shows can be watched in HD or regular high quality, depending on your connection speed.

I have to agree with embitca's comments. First, the streaming video on CBS is rather poor. I don't find ABC much better. If I angle the screen on my laptop at 45 degrees, it helps a bit. Both streaming videos could use a lot of improvement though. I would like to see CBS put the last couple of episodes up on their Moonlight website. I believe it would help convince those who may not have heard of the show or gave up on it after the shaky pilot a reason to tune in on April 25th (when Moonlight returns). I'm not a big fan of TV myself. Moonlight is the only show on my roster as of right now. There is a lot of junk out there (some of which has high viewership despite the mind dribble it is), and far too many reality shows; granted, I think 1 reality show is far too many.

With stars like Alex, Sophia, and Jason, this show is only continuing to grow with viewership and episodic enlightenment regarding our favorite two vampires and the nosy reporter. They all worked hard to get where they are and they all have talent to compliment that hard work. For those who haven't, you will not regret giving Moonlight a first or second chance. This show covers everything you could want: romance, drama, mystery, crime-solvers, and paranormal. I don't even like serial crime dramas...yet something about Moonlight just clicks. As if the show didn't have enough going for it already, with the writers strike over...the writing will improve also. Moonlight is definately worth an hour of your time.
